Pinot Noir

Medium ruby garnet. Intense aroma of fine raspberry pulp. On the palate red berry fruit with hints of ethereal cherry, a touch of mint, finesse-rich structure, extractive finish. Compact food companion
Our classically vinified wines are marketed under the "Umriss" vineyard designation. The vines are 15-30 years old. For us, classically vinified means matured in large 3000l barrels. The Umriss wines are very fruity, typical of the variety and not too rich in alcohol. They are wonderful, uncomplicated accompaniments to food.
