Ruster Ausbruch
DAC Chardonnay
Year:
2018
- vegan
- handpicked

Golden yellow; in the nose dense pineapple fruit and tangerine, nuanced and open; powerful, spicy and tangy, balanced by the fresh acidity, remains long on the palate.
Ausbruch has been the term in Rust for sweet wine of the highest quality for centuries. In 1681 the winegrowers of Rust bought the right of free city with 500 buckets (30.000l) of Ruster Ausbruch and 60.000 gold florins. Rust Ausbruch was served at the imperial, royal courts and has not lost its relevance until today.
