A superb cuvée of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc!
Light greenish yellow; very fruity nose of fresh pears and a hint of herbs, also some blossom honey; juicy and elegant on the palate, yellow fruit, delicate stone fruit, harmonious and well persistent, a delicate light food companion.
Pinot Gris has many names. It is better known as Pinot Gris or Ruländer. In Hungary it is called Szürkebarát - Grey Monk.

Best serving temperature: 8° to 12°C
Recommended glass: Chardonnay glass
Food recommendations: fresh, crisp summer salad with feta cheese, quiche with leek or classic á la Loirraine.
