Deep dark ruby, violet reflections; fine spicy dark berry fruit, hints of herbs, cassis and blackberries. Powerful, juicy, fine nuances of ripe plums, well-integrated tannins, some nougat on the finish, good length, has development potential.
Recommendations:
Decant and allow to breathe for 2-3 hours.
Best serving temperature: 16°C - 17°C; Slightly chilled (14°C), the Cardinal is also highly enjoyable to drink during the hot season
