Seasoning Vinegar "Trockenbeerenauslese"
Monks in the Middle Ages already knew how to sweeten their frugal lives. They drank vinegar to quench their thirst or to stimulate their appetite!
The Giefing Winery took up that idea and has come up with a real novelty:
A Chardonnay Trockenbeerenauslese, acidified of course, and matured in small oak barrels. The perfect vintage vinegar for seasoning fish, meat and salads.
