Our classically vinified wines are marketed under the "Umriss" vineyard designation. The vines are 15-30 years old. For us, classically vinified means matured in large 3000l barrels. The Umriss wines are very fruity, typical of the variety and not too rich in alcohol. They are wonderful, uncomplicated accompaniments to food.

Recommendations:
Best serving temperature: 17°C - Lightly chilled, the Pinot Noir Umriss is also pleasant to drink in the hot season.
Recommended glass: Burgundy glass
Food recommendations: strong sea fish such as catfish, duck, goose, wildfowl, rabbit.
Best to enjoy: 2022 to 2032

Processing Destemmed, closed fermentation for 20 days, malolactic fermentation on the mash, soft pressing,  ageing time in a big oak barrel.
