Chardonnay
Medium greenish yellow; Ripe, yellow fruit of apple, pears and candied orange zest; Juicy on the palate, good complexity, fine white tropical fruit, subtle extract sweetness, mineral touch, elegant and well adherent, has aging potential.
Chardonnay has been native to Rust for over 100 years as a "Klevner". It grows on calcareous sandy soils underlain by sediments. This provides this wine with this particular minerality.
